This nice quaint hotel exceeded my expectations. We paid a relatively affordable price for this hotel and wasnt expecting anything more than what we paid for -- but to our surprise, it was a very nice clean and comfortable hotel just 3 minute walk away from the famous Tha Phae gate. Surrounding the hotel are restaurants and stores and is very accessible to both bolt and grab transport apps. The room itself is very nice and clean , the bathroom though a bit small would still function as necessary --- the only concern was the shower with inconsistent water temperature. You are given 3 choices of plated breakfast daily. But I couldnt complain more as the plated meals were very generous. They have a self serve, coffee, tea, milk, breads and salads. Overall -- I would highly recommend this hotel to just anyone -- being on a budget or simply would like to stay in a nice decent and comfortable hotel.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations — you get more than what you pay for. The location is perfect: just outside the Old Town, so it’s peaceful, yet only a short 2-minute walk to the vibrant night market. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout my stay. The room itself was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a touch of luxury that made it feel extra special.

The location is absolutely the best - it's close to the town center, close to markets, ATMs are on every corner, coffee shops everywhere ... There are some buildings nearby that don't look too great, but the neighborhood is very safe and we didn't feel unsafe walking around after dark. The hotel itself is cozy and rooms offer everything necessary for the stay. We didn't spend much time in the hotel and were exploring the city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The beds were comfortable, Aircon worked well. Was in walking distance of the Thaphae Gate, as well as near other facilities such as 7 eleven. Room had a mini fridge, which worked well. The hotel room had nice big windows

This hotel is placed in a very quiet location and at the same time, very close to everything. The hotel is quite new, having really comfy beds. The breakfast is good, having enough food to start the day.

This was a nice standard hotel and very good for the price. It’s a 5 min walk away from the wall and the old town and is in a nice quiet backroad. There is building going on next door but that won’t last forever.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located in a very good place. It’s directly on the East gate of the old town with the local, night and gate market (amazing street food at the South gate) in just 15mins walking! The employee are very kind and service minded. An earlier checkin was not possible, but you are able to leave your luggage at the reception. The rooms are tide and clean. You are provided with clean sheets, towels and water. Everything was working properly. When it’s quit in your own room, you could hear some sounds from the other rooms, but it didn’t bother us. We had breakfast included; you need to make a reservation the day/night before, as their restaurant is not big enough for all guests to be there at the same moment. Choice of scrambled egg or fried egg with some salad, sausage, orange juice, coffee/tea, water and toasts.

Great value and amenities, including a mini fridge for drinks/snacks and desk/chair for working. Good location for checking out the Old City!
